Visuals Meet Poetry

First artistic event of Kalliergon took place on Sunday, December 15th, 2019 at 19.30, in a place with a special atmosphere and aesthetics, at the Vino Banco Tapas Bar in Kalamata Historical Center. It was about a visual exhibition entitled "Art Dialogues – Visuals meet poetry", where the visual works of Vasiliki Kateri "conversed" with the poetry of Thanasis Pantes. Vasiliki and Thanasis -good old friends- inspired from time to time by each other's work. During this exhibition began to share with the public this interesting conversation. It was a meeting for strong emotions! Its duration has been extended several times, beyond its predetermined expiry time, due to increased interest.

At the opening of the exhibition, visitors had the opportunity to hold in their hands the first book of Kalliergon publications. This is the 4th poetic collection of Thanasis Pantes "Event Deregulator", who entrusted us with his work.

In this context, on 29 January 2020, took place a memorable tribute to the distinguished poet, Sofia Fildisi.
